ROCHESTER - A New Hampshire man was arrested on Tuesday in a shoplifting incident at the Rochester Kohl's.

Justin Stripp, 33, of Folsom Road, Ossipee, was charged with willful concealment, released on $1,500 personal recognizance and given an arraignment date next month in the 7th Circuit Court of Rochester.
