DOVER, N.H. - A Milton man has been indicted on cocaine and heroin charges.
Marc Woodrum, 29, of 163 Elm St., was arrested on June 24 for allegedly possessing less than a half ounce of cocaine and more than five grams of heroin.
The charges carry prison terms of up to 30 years and $500,000 fines each.
The Strafford County grand jury indictments were handed down Sept. 17 and released last week.
An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that enough evidence has been gathered to warrant a trial.
