ALFRED, Maine - A Lebanon man has been indicted in a Berwick theft case.

Brian T. Desrosiers, of 822 Center Road, Lebanon, was arrested on May 26 and charged two days later by Berwick Police with the theft of a dirt bike. The charge was theft by unauthorized taking, a Class C felony.

Desrosiers was charged with a similar crime back in 2003, according to court records.

The York County grand jury indictments were handed down on Thursday and released Friday.

An indictment is not an indication of guilt, only that a grand jury has found sufficient evidence to warrant a trial.
