PrintLEBANON - The Dorcas Society of Lebanon is again this year awarding two $500 scholarships to Lebanon students.
The students may either be graduating this year or attending a college. The applications can be picked up at the Lebanon Town Office or from the Guidance Department at Noble High School.
This year an additional scholarship is being offered. It is $500 in the name of Margaret Potter past member of Dorcas and a talented artist. The scholarship is offered to an individual majoring in the Arts.
This does not apply to computer arts.
Some of the events the group holds during the year to raise these funds are a Fall Fest, Bake Sales at all voting days and many other projects.
