ROCHESTER - Another convenience store was held up on Sunday, the fourth such robbery in the city in less than a month.

A lone suspect entered the Circle K at 357 Gonic Road around 11:10 p.m., brandished a knife and demanded money from the store clerk, who complied, according to police.

He then fled on foot heading north toward the direction of Gear Road.

A Rochester K9 unit responded to the scene where a track was initiated. The track ended on Gear Rd.
The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5'5"-5'8",  with a thin build and wearing a blue Adidas hooded sweatshirt, red bandana covering his face, dark colored jeans and shoes. The suspect was also wearing a leather utility, work style glove on his left hand and carrying a knife in his right hand.
The suspect in this robbery appears to be wearing much of the same clothing and is of the same description as the suspect from the July 6 armed robbery of the Milton Road Shell at 198 Milton Rd. That station has been hit three times since June 25.
