ROCHESTER - A Rochester woman was arrested on Tuesday in a September shoplifting incident at the Rochester Walmart.

Kendall Brown, 28 of Rochester, was charged with misdemeanor level willful concealment and released on $1500 personal recognizance, pending her arraignment next month in the 7^th Circuit District Division Rochester Court.
