MILTON - Alfred "Raz" Hallinan, 63, of Milton formerly of Epping died unexpectedly on April 6, 2014 in Laconia.

He was born March 19, 1951, in Exeter, the son of the late William and Barbara (McFarland) Hallinan.

Alfred was raised in Brentwood and had lived in the Epping area for many years before moving to Milton in 2006. He worked for the Flo-Pro Company in Bedford, for many years. He was a hard worker who began his career in manufacturing at an early age and spent the last two years in retirement enjoying a well deserved break.

He was an avid hunter and fisherman and was a backyard mechanic who could fix any problem. Most weekends he could be found under the hood of a vehicle, either his own or someone in need. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and would never pass up the opportunity to play a good card game or to sit and have coffee enjoying good conversation and many laughs. He also enjoyed long rides on his motorcycle, especially with family and friends.

Family members include his daughter, Mary M. Davis, his grandchildren Zachery Davis and Joseph Davis, his brothers, William Hallinan Jr, Fred Hallinan and Richard Hallinan, his sisters, Mary Johnson, Sandra Hallinan, Phyllis Methot, Brenda Rowell and Barbara Murray, also survived by many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
